When it comes to selecting suppliers, some companies use the same rigid processes, every time. At Tarmac, we don't think one size fits all, so we empower our procurement commodity managers to choose their own selection processes.

There are many reasons for choosing the suppliers we do. There's no magic formula, but what we do require are suppliers who are world class. Our suppliers have to be as keen to demonstrate that they are forward-looking as we are.
