Masterpave - High performance thin surfacing solution

The Masterpave range is BBA HAPAS approved. It provides high performance, thin surfacings for use on the UK’s motorway and trunk-road network. Smooth, durable and skid-resistant, it also reduces spray and noise.

Masterpave’s unique properties are the result of its innovative stone skeleton matrix, bound by a heavy duty mortar that is reinforced with a stabilising cellulose fibre. It provides a greater deformation resistance than many other asphalt surfacings and can be quickly installed, saving both time and money.

Used as a maintenance or new-build surfacing option, Masterpave can be quickly installed, reducing contract periods and costly delays.

Installed by our National Contracting team, who are supported by our leading team of technical experts, Masterpave is also available in a 20mm format suitable for layer depths between 50mm and 75mm.
